Smithfield, N.C. — May 12, 2020 — An apparel fundraiser honoring a Washington State Patrol trooper struck and killed in the line of duty in March raised more than $20K for the officer’s bereaved wife.
Through Shield Republic’s “Hold the Line” apparel fundraiser for Trooper Justin Schaffer, the company sold tees, long-sleeved shirts, hoodies, ladies’ tank tops and decals paying tribute to the fallen trooper, with 100 percent of net proceeds donated to his family.
